Kite for Indian Kite Festival
Supplies: Craft foam, tooth picks, curling ribbon, string, glue
How-To: Cut kite shape from craft foam (pattern below). Break toothpicks to fit and glue onto craft foam. This adds to the difficulty level of the swap, but it makes for a much cuter finished product. Add a curling ribbon tail and a string (I used crochet thread for the string).
